Since its formation in 1993, the City of Glasgow Swim Team has helped to nurture swimmers who have developed successful careers in the Commonwealth Games, World Championships and Olympic Games.
I was approached to redesign their existing visual identity and provide a fresh, modern outlook to their success. Inspired by the strong, aspiring graphics of Olympic brands, I worked to create a new visual identity that would stand head and shoulders above the competition.
The result was a brand that swimmers of all ages would be proud to represent. The creative is inspired by the energy of the team, their power and talent both in the pool and out with, promoting the all-important human element of the sport in a clean, modern way.
